PowerFilm® Limited Warranty
This warranty supersedes all warranty statements
dated prior to June 23, 2005. PowerFilm® integrated
solar modules are warranted to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship and to provide at least
80% of rated minimum power for a period indicated
in the PowerFilm Warranty Information Table below.
The duration of the Limited Warranty is from the
date of initial purchase from PowerFilm Inc. The foregoing warranty does not apply to
any modules which have been subject to misuse, unauthorized
modifications, neglect, improper testing, attempts
to repair, or by accident, fire or other hazard.
PowerFilm's sole obligation and liability for modules
failing to comply with this warranty shall be, at
PowerFilm's choice, either to supply replacement modules
or to credit the amount due for such nonconforming
modules, provided that the warranty procedures have
been followed. For purposes of clarity, the module
warranty is only on the modules shipped as is by
PowerFilm. The warranty for modules that have been laminated
is the sole responsibility of the party doing the
lamination. If a party other than PowerFilm laminates
a module, PowerFilm's module warranty is voided once
the module has been laminated.
