The “Fusion” Solar Messenger Bag from the new Eclipse Solar Gear product line was a recipient of the 2006 Innovations Design and Engineering Best of Innovations in the Portable Power category. The Solar Messenger Bag was display in the Innovations 2006 Showcase in Innovations Plus at the Sands Expo and Convention Center during the International CES in Las Vegas.
The “Fusion” Solar Messenger Bag features a PowerFilm® Solar panel that is integrated directly into the bag. Using solar power the bag will trickle charge batteries for various personal electronics using a 12V cigarette lighter adapter.
