Paid Time Off (PTO) - PowerFilm, Inc. encourages days off to enjoy life outside of work through its PTO program. Both full-time and part-time regular employees accrue time based on the hours they work and their tenure with the company.
Holidays - All full- and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive holiday pay. PowerFilm's annual holidays include, but are not limited to, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Floating Holiday - All full- and part-time regular employees are eligible for one (1) personal day off per year.
Employees are eligible to participate in various savings plans upon completion of 12 months of consecutive employment, having worked more than 1,000 hours and being at least 21 years of age.
PowerFilm, Inc. offers $15,000 in life insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. At the employee's expense, additional Supplemental Life coverage is available for the employee, their spouse and any eligible dependents. Rates vary based on age and health.
Medical, Dental and Vision - All full-time, regular employees are eligible for coverage beginning on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - All full-time, permanent employees may make pre-tax contributions to both a Health Care FSA and/or a Dependent Care FSA.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD & LTD) - PowerFilm makes available on a voluntary basis to all full-time, regular employees both STD and LTD plans to help cover lost wages as a result of becoming totally disabled due to sickness or injury.
