Departments

Administration – Our admin department includes: purchasing, accounting, human resources, shipping and receiving.

Building Expansion/Machine Fabrication – This department includes shop machinists, machine fabricators, maintenance technicians, engineers, drafters, electricians and welders. This team of individuals designs, builds, and maintains custom machinery used to manufacture solar module material.

Machine Operators – This team operates, monitors and maintains a series of custom machines used to manufacture solar module material. This team works 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.

Production – Our production team assembles and finishes standard and custom solar products through the operation of simple machines, hand soldering, lamination processes, and piecework. This team works 24 hours per day 7 days per week.

Research and Development – In this department, a team of individuals develop prototypes for custom products, research innovative methods of manufacturing, improve current processes, complete test runs and develop state of the art technology.

Sales – Our sales team focuses on solar needs for various markets including: portable and remote, oil and gas, military, building integrated, lighting, wireless devices and custom applications. The team focuses on nationwide as well as worldwide markets.

Flexible Scheduling

Vacation Pay – equivalent to 80 hours per year for the first 5 years of employment and 120 hours per year for every year after that.

Holiday Pay – 6 holidays plus 1 bonus day and a floating holiday.

Sick Pay – equivalent to 48 hours per year.
